Return Policy

sepiic is committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you receive a product with quality issues, does not match the order description, or need to return it for personal reasons, you can apply according to the following policy. We will do our best to protect your legal rights.

Return Application Conditions

Return applications must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Products must be in brand new, unused condition, with complete packaging (including product labels, tags, accessories, instructions, etc.), and free from damage, stains, or signs of human-caused damage.

For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect delivery, sepiic will cover the round-trip shipping costs. For returns due to non-quality issues such as personal preference or size discrepancies, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Return Application Process

Log in to the sepiic website, go to "My Orders," find the corresponding order, click "Apply for Return," fill in the reason for return, upload relevant photos of the product (if there is a quality issue), and submit the application;

Customer service will review your application within 1-2 business days. After approval, a return address and return instructions will be sent via email;

You must ship the product back within 7 days of receiving the return notification and fill in the tracking number on the order return page;

After receiving the returned product, we will complete the inspection within 3-5 business days. After the inspection is passed, we will process your refund (the refund will be returned to your original payment account, and the arrival time depends on the payment platform's rules).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return due to their special nature: intimate apparel, food, cosmetics (opened), customized items, and fragile items (without quality issues). If you have any questions about whether a product is eligible for return, please contact customer service in advance.
